ONR vs Heketa Driver

ONR let’s you stay on top of your property’s important matters from anywhere at anytime, giving you access to all of your association’s documents (i.e yearly budgets, condo docs, rules and regulations, contracts & addendums), the ability to vote on important matters from anywhere (i.e. board elections, special assessments, waiving of reserves, changes to condo docs, etc.) and a simple and secure way to communicate with management.

Our app makes the delivery driver visible to all users near them or the order pickup location, provided they have mobile data enabled and the app is active. Due to the numerous requests, their daily income increases considerably. The delivery driver works whenever they want, allowing them to better plan their day. It receives requests from users, checks the pickup and delivery location, and the type of order before accepting. The application offers a feature for messaging, regular calls, and video calls. The delivery person performs their duties as usual; the advantage of using the app is that no one necessarily needs to know them, much less be in the area where they have their usual clientele. It can be advantageous to be close to large supermarkets, hardware stores, and all other places with high foot traffic, because users more frequently request services from these places. Your professional appearance, flexibility, discretion, good understanding and knowledge of the locations will make you a preferred delivery driver.
