The DietMaster Go Plus edition is the first all-in-one native mobile application that includes your personalized nutrition and exercise program. This all in one program is tailored to your individual needs and is only available through your medical practitioner, fitness professional, dietitian or wellness counselor. DietMaster Go Plus integrates with Fitbit wearable devices, Aria Home Health Scale, Moveband, Garmin wearables, and Apple Health Kit. To enable automatic syncing with Apple Health, login to your profile, go to Settings >Optional> and activate “Enable Apple Watch Sync” (Only available on iOS devices).

The P4YH (Prescription For Your Health) app was designed for P4YH clients looking to take the next step in their personal health and wellbeing. For members of Roane General Hospital’s Prescription For Your Health wellness program provides access to your personal meal plans, recipes, grocery lists, as well as tracks your food and water intake. As an added benefit the P4YH app also allows you to track your steps, workouts, and weight. You can sync the P4YH app with your wearable devices and smartphone, or manually enter your activity information to track your progress. The P4YH app gives you access to your Nutrition coach, meal planner, food and exercise diary, and grocery list with you in one convenient location.
