Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: PrimeTime Dance at 4.8 against Elevation on Tour's 4.0. PrimeTime Dance also leads on ratings volume (85 vs 2). Elevation on Tour's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 27 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
