Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Cignal Play at 4.5 against Bingo's 3.0. Cignal Play also leads on ratings volume (335 vs 2). Bingo's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 9%) and in-app purchases (none vs 6). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Cignal Play sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $2.29 per 7 days. Bingo asks for nothing beyond the download.
Cignal Play holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Cignal Play has 335 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Bingo's written reviews are positive against 9% of Cignal Play's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Bingo ships an update every 4 weeks, Cignal Play every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 25, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
