Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Sign & Export at none against OkPet's shown. Sign & Export also leads on monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and ratings volume (18 vs 4). OkPet's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 39 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
