Seaside Stacks

Build a tower above the sea, one floor at a time, and see how high it can climb. Five coasts each raise their own kind of tower: sun-warmed stone, red brick, a lighthouse, a sandcastle and a stack of beach huts. A floor swings above your tower. Tap, click, press Space, or use Select on your Apple TV remote to drop it. Line it up and it settles perfectly; miss the edge and the overhang breaks away and tumbles into the sea, leaving a smaller floor to build on. FIVE COASTS The Harbour Rock: stone and plaster on a sunlit rock above a Mediterranean harbour, with olive terraces and terracotta roofs. Brick & Buoys: red brick above the wharf and the steeples, past copper rooftops and through the harbour fog. Beacon Point: the keeper's tower, banded red and white, whose light sweeps the sea after dark. Sandcastle Cove: round floors packed bucket by bucket, with turrets, flags and shells, before the tide comes in. Beach Hut Bay: hut upon hut in every colour of summer, with striped awnings and deckchairs facing the sunset. Choose a coast with the arrows on the title screen. Each has its own shore, its own roofs and its own names for the heights along the way. CHASE THE PERFECT DROP Land a floor exactly and it keeps its full size. String perfect drops together and the tower grows back, with a flourish of light and a chime that rises with every streak. A TOWER THAT COMES TO LIFE Every floor is decorated as it lands, with windows and doorways, balconies, lanterns, stairways and railings to suit its coast. Gulls wheel past, boats cross the bay, and the wind rises as you climb. FROM AFTERNOON TO STARLIGHT Climb past the rooftops and through the clouds, into golden hour and sunset, until the lights come on and the stars come out. MADE TO PLAY AGAIN One tap to start, one tap to drop, one tap to build again. Runs take a minute or two, and your best tower is always there to beat.

Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Seaside Stacks at none against Elic Minesweeper's shown. Seaside Stacks also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 6 weeks). Elic Minesweeper's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
