Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Viva Prompter at 3.7 against Desview's 1.8. Viva Prompter also leads on review sentiment (50% vs 13%) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). Desview's advantage is ratings volume (59 vs 3) and iOS requirement (12 vs 16.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
