Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: A2 at 5.0 against Lunes's 3.0. A2 also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 63%) and ratings volume (6 vs 1). Lunes's advantage is update cadence (every 2 months vs every 29 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
