When your family needs childcare at home, Melō helps you discover competent caregivers and manage the booking from request through completion. Melō is a marketplace connecting U.S. families with independent caregivers for non-emergency, in-home childcare. Caregiver background and qualifications are reviewed for marketplace eligibility, while parents stay in control of whom they request and when. FOR FAMILIES - Create your household and child profiles - Share routines and parent-written care instructions - Browse caregiver profiles, qualifications, availability, rates, and reviews - Request care for your preferred times - Review alternative schedules offered by caregivers - Review pricing, manage payments, and follow booking progress - Keep upcoming and completed care organized - Report concerns or block a caregiver when needed FOR CAREGIVERS - Apply using your nursing license and relevant certifications - Build your caregiver profile and set your hourly rate - Manage your weekly availability - Review requests before choosing whether to accept - Propose alternative times when needed - Keep track of bookings, care notes, and earnings - Report concerns or block a household when needed BUILT FOR CLEAR EXPECTATIONS Parents share the information a caregiver needs for routine childcare. Caregivers independently choose which bookings to accept. Melō provides the tools for discovery, scheduling, payments, reviews, support, reporting, and blocking. IMPORTANT Melō is a marketplace. Caregivers are independent service providers, not employees of Melō. Background checks and qualifications are used to establish caregiver eligibility; services booked through Melō are childcare, not nursing or medical services. Melō does not provide diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, medication management, nursing services, or emergency care. Contact a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice and emergency services for urgent care. For adults 18 and older. Available in the United States.
