Where does your salary actually go? Kharchy gives you the answer in a few seconds a day. Kharchy is a daily expense tracker and budget planner for anyone who reaches the end of the month wondering where the money went. Log what you spend, set a budget, and watch every rupee land in a category you chose. Everything works offline, and everything stays on your iPhone. LOG AN EXPENSE IN SECONDS The best expense tracker is the one you're still using in March. • Three taps — amount, category, saved • Say it out loud, using your iPhone's own speech recognition • Snap the receipt and attach it to the transaction • A calculator built into the keypad, so you can split a bill in place • Your own categories, subcategories and tags SEE EXACTLY WHERE IT GOES • One dashboard: balance, income, spending and your savings rate • Spending by category, with an income vs expense chart • Trends over time — drill into any category or any account • Browse by day, week, month, financial year or a custom range • Amounts in Lakh and Crore, the way you actually read them STAY ON BUDGET, NOT JUST AWARE OF IT Most budgeting apps tell you that you overspent. This one tells you before you do. • A monthly budget with alerts at 90%, 95% and 100% • "Daily available" — what you can spend today and still stay on track • Savings goals with contribution history and progress to target • A daily reminder to log your spending, at a time you pick NEVER MISS RENT, AN EMI OR A SIP • Recurring rules for rent, EMIs, SIPs, subscriptions and utility bills • Auto-debit rules log themselves; the rest show as due, then overdue • Upcoming payments on the home screen, so nothing ambushes you CARDS, CASH AND BANK ACCOUNTS TOGETHER • Bank accounts, cash, wallets and credit cards side by side • Credit card statement cycles, outstanding balance and limit used • A payment shortcut that prefills your card bill • Reconcile against your real bank balance without rewriting history YOUR MONEY DATA NEVER LEAVES YOUR PHONE • Fully offline — you can track a whole month in airplane mode • Stored encrypted on the device with AES-256 • Optional app lock using Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode • Screenshots blocked, and the app hidden in the app switcher • Optional backup to your own Google Drive, whenever you choose • Export everything to CSV or Google Sheets • Erase all of it from inside the app, in two taps BUILT FOR EVERY DAY Light and dark themes, adjustable text size, INR, USD, EUR, GBP and AED, 12 or 24-hour time, and you choose which screen the app opens on. Whether you're tracking a student budget, running a household, watching a credit card, or finally getting serious about savings — Kharchy is a money manager that fits in the thirty seconds you actually have. Kharchy is a personal record-keeping tool, not a bank, and nothing in it is financial advice.
