Die Pädagogische Hochschule Bern ist die Ausbildungsstätte für Lehrerinnen und Lehrer im Schweizer Kanton Bern. Nebst der Aus- und Weiterbildung von Lehrpersonen sind Forschung und Entwicklung sowie verschiedene Dienstleistungen Teil des Leistungsauftrags. Die PHBern bildet Lehrpersonen für alle Stufen der Volksschule, für die Sekundarstufe II sowie Schulische Heilpädagoginnen und Schulische Heilpädagogen aus. Aktuell studieren über 3000 Studierende in den verschiedenen Studiengängen, wovon einige Studiengänge wie beispielsweise der bilinguale Studiengang oder der studienbegleitende Berufseinstieg schweizweit einzigartig sind.
