About

RadSim Controller

Features

RadSim Controller configures and monitors Argon Electronics Rad Source training simulators over Bluetooth. IMPORTANT: This app requires Argon Electronics Rad Source hardware. It has no function without a Rad Source to connect to. Argon Electronics has manufactured simulation equipment for CBRNe and HazMat training since 1987, allowing radiological survey training to be carried out realistically and safely, with no radioactive material involved. FEATURES Connect to a Rad Source in three ways: scan for nearby units over Bluetooth, scan the QR code on the unit, or enter the address printed on its label. Set and read simulated readings for each level: dose rate, activity and neutron count, at a configured distance. Choose the measurement units you work in - dose rate, activity and distance are configured independently and are converted, not merely relabelled. Reconnect quickly to units you have used before, from a saved list. REQUIREMENTS An Argon Electronics Rad Source simulator, and Bluetooth enabled on your device. For information about Argon Electronics simulation equipment, visit www.argonelectronics.com or contact argon@argonelectronics.com.
