Con Mi Alarma vas a poder comandar tu sistema X-28 Alarmas y recibir información en tiempo real de lo que está ocurriendo. Acciones cotidianas como activar o desactivar la alarma, cambiar el modo o encender y apagar nodos van a ser muy rápidas y sencillas a través de Mi Alarma. Cuando se produzca un evento en tu alarma, vas a recibir una notificación en tu celular. Activaciones y desactivaciones, disparos de la alarma (robo, incendio, sabotaje), cortes y restauraciones de la red eléctrica; en todo momento vas a estar informado de estos y otros eventos.
