About

Commandeck

Features

Commandeck is a Commander deck builder for iPhone, built around a single idea: you should be able to see what the format is actually playing before you decide what goes in your deck. Every number comes with the sample size behind it. WHAT OTHER PLAYERS RUN Pick any commander and see the cards played alongside it, grouped by theme, with real inclusion rates and the sample size behind every number. Recently printed cards are surfaced separately, so a card released last month is not buried under staples people have played for years. It is the part of EDH deck building you would normally open a second browser tab for. BRACKETS AND POWER LEVEL See where your deck sits on the official Commander bracket scale, from 1 to 5, and exactly which game changers, tutors, extra turns and land denial put it there. Useful the evening before a game night, when the pod is agreeing on a level. COMMANDER DECK BUILDER Build and edit 100-card EDH decks with live checks as you go: singleton, color identity and commander legality, partner pairs included. Import and export decklists as plain text. MANA CURVE AND DECK ANALYSIS Compare your mana curve against the average deck for your commander. See your biggest surplus and your biggest shortfall stated in plain language, and get card suggestions you are not already running. OPENING HAND SIMULATOR Draw test hands under London mulligan rules, including the free first mulligan in multiplayer Commander. Every hand comes with exact hypergeometric odds: your real chance of keeping, flooding out or missing land drops, calculated rather than sampled. COMMUNITY DECKLISTS AND STATS Browse real Commander decklists built around your commander, with their mana curves. Check win rates, salt and fun ratings, and which decks are performing best right now. CARD SEARCH AND NEW SETS Search the full Magic card database by name, type, color and mana value. Swipe through the newest sets with full card images, rulings and prices. NO ACCOUNT, NO ADS No sign-up and no advertising. Your decks are stored on your device and never leave it, and a deck you have already opened stays readable without a connection. The app measures how it is used — screens opened, decks created, crashes — with no advertising identifier and nothing shared with anyone, and a switch in About turns that off. A REAL iPHONE APP, NOT A WEBSITE IN A BROWSER Most Magic: The Gathering deck building tools are websites you squint at on a phone. Commandeck is native: it opens instantly, it is built for one thumb, and the deck you are building and the data you are checking it against sit in the same app. Whether you are brewing your first commander deck, upgrading a precon, tuning a list for your playgroup, or checking whether your mana curve is as bad as it feels, Commandeck is the EDH deck builder that gives you numbers instead of opinions: real inclusion rates, real curves, real win rates. Buy links to TCGplayer are affiliate links: if you buy through one, Commandeck earns a small commission and you pay the same. Nothing in the app is behind them. Card data and images courtesy of Scryfall. Inclusion rates from Commandeck's own nightly crawl of published decklists. Community decklists from Archidekt.
