Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: setlog at every 10 days against Weekly Podcast Player's every 70 months. setlog also leads on ratings volume (31 vs 5) and device support. Weekly Podcast Player's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 75%) and rating (5.0 vs 4.7). On price, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
