Nautical Systems Enterprise puts the client in control of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance by showing the client the location of potentially private data and allowing case by case determination for data handling. The software will contain functionality that enables clients to carry out their obligations under the GDPR, such as searching for personal data in comments, documents and attachments, utility for anonymization of crew records that contain personal data, and compiling reports in response to individuals’ requests for their personal data.

- Designed for vessel audits and inspections, enabling shore-side auditors to conduct onboard ship audits. - Templates are downloaded from API for shore users. - Shore-side users receive both audit plans and templates from the API. - The app does not support audit creation or usage by shipboard crew. - Audit templates contain four types of structured questions to support thorough inspections. - Each question supports additional fields like Info Remarks, Memo, Add Image, and more. - Users complete all template questions during the audit phase. - After the audit, mandatory fields in the Report of Findings must be filled. - Audits can be performed entirely offline after downloading the required data. - Completed audits are manually uploaded to the web platform by the user. - Uploaded data is accessible via a centralized web dashboard for review, reporting, and archival.
