Optishade App uses an external device that precisely measures the colours inside the dental color space. The device is available from Styleitaliano, SmileLine and Matisse retailers. Optishade App has several functions even if the external device is not connected: it can receive and send Optishade files, open, analyse, read color coordinates, archive dental images, compare them with the database information, share and do side-by-side comparisons. Optishade is able to compare and calculate the closest shade match of the color readings using databases of commercial shade guides downloadable from Styleitaliano website. With Optishade you can have a file management for your cases, predict and control the quality of your restorations. Color readings can be shared easily through several channels, like email and messaging systems, optimising the clinical and laboratory workflow to have perfect color matches. Optishade is compatible with the ceramic mixing software Matisse and with the Micerium composite layering app CompoShade.
