The indication of waiting times provided by the SYSTEM is in fact intended as information for its own sake. Each User, skier or not, remains free to choose to board the lift he prefers, since the indication of a longer or shorter waiting time is not in any way an incentive given to the User to opt for a slope or a route of higher difficulty than the one he would have chosen in the absence of the information provided by FLOW. In fact, the User is in no way, implicitly or explicitly, advised to modify their route, nor is it suggested to choose a different facility from the one chosen based on the level of difficulty of the slope or route, their technical skills, the weather conditions, the estimated descent time, etc. The Terms of Use of the APP applicable to skiers and/or users, and easily available to them, specify Motorialab's exclusion of liability.
