The app processes voice or automated data calls for tow service, from LEA, motor clubs or the public, through call received, on-route, on-site, loaded, and arrived. The driver can key enter/update year, make, model, VIN, TAG, etc. upload photos, create a tow invoice and or impound the vehicle.

TowSmart Systems is a B2B tool used exclusively by employees of subscribing towing and impound companies. Organizations subscribe through direct agreements with PPOA Group LLC.
