Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Tempso at none against Classical Music+'s 1. Tempso also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7). Classical Music+'s advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 89%) and ratings volume (51 vs 16). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
