The Rent Ready Customer Portal automates the make ready board and process for all multifamily staff. Customizable turn profile configuration allows onsite staff to select their desired services, identify any in-house services and what their preferred turn duration should be. End-to-end turn scheduling through every needed service allows onsite staff to select addons needed, provide commentary, select preferred vendors, and adjust dates as needed. Real-time service status updates allow onsite staff and regional management, to track the progress of every turn service. Property Managers, Maintenance Managers, Regional Managers and all other staff benefit from turning their dated dry-erase turn board into a digital portal for everyone at the community to have insight into every turn in order to streamline its entire turn process to get new residents moved in on time, every time.
