Both are free to download. Wedding Countdown Widget sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Secret Santa Generator! asks for nothing beyond the download.
Wedding Countdown Widget holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Wedding Countdown Widget has 1.6K ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 60% of Secret Santa Generator!'s written reviews are positive against 50% of Wedding Countdown Widget's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Secret Santa Generator! ships an update every 5 days, Wedding Countdown Widget every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
