Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: WPT Live at 100% against SharkScope's 0%. WPT Live also leads on rating (4.7 vs 2.0) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 5 weeks). SharkScope's advantage is monetization model (free vs ad-supported) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
