Leaving a smaller footprint requires change. CO₂ Aware is a high school student project focuses on small, daily actions that individuals can take to enable great change. People of today believe in technology, and we believe technology can also help mitigate the problem of climate change. This app includes dozens of essential actions that help you to be aware of climate change. An interactive tree is visible on the home page. As you complete more actions, it grows. This visualization allows you to experience tangibly and profoundly what you contribute to a better environment. Furthermore, you can take a picture when they complete an action, which serves as a record of your contribution. A section on the front page also shows a random action completed in the past, reminding your past accomplishments. Beyond actions, CO2 Aware also provides abstracts and links to high-quality news articles from renowned sources that allow you to acquire environmental knowledge. This app integrates with Apple Health on your iPhone in order to acquire your steps data and encourage you to walk. This helps reduce physical inactivity and prevents air pollution. We do not upload or analyze any data. We will be adding more thrilling features in the future. Just wait and see!
