Talk for twenty seconds. It files itself. A voice note becomes a written note, filed where it belongs, with the reminders, people and next steps pulled out of it. No typing, no tagging, nothing to clean up afterwards. Do that after every sales call and something else happens. Your customers on a map Every company with an address becomes a pin. Filter by territory, by who you have not called on in a while, or by the ones with open tasks. Tap a pin for the company card with its tasks, contacts and phone. Or switch to a list, sorted nearest first. Record where you are standing See who is around you, and record a note for the company you are parked outside without typing its name. Notes carry where your phone was, so they file themselves to the right customer. Routes you build once Name a route and reuse it. It orders itself from wherever you are starting, and hands the whole run to Apple Maps or Google Maps in one tap. An appointment with a time anchors the order around it. Skip a stop for today without taking it off the route. Arrival alerts Optional. Warp Notes tells you what you already know about a company as you pull in, and asks how it went as you leave. Businesses you are not calling on yet Search the area you are looking at for companies that are not in your workspace. Add one and it becomes a real company record, with its phone and website, and drops onto your open route. Shared workspaces Invite your team and everyone's notes, contacts and companies live in one place, with sales territories so two reps are not calling on the same account. Your personal categories always stay private to you. It is still a notes app A mic button floats over every screen. Every note lands in a two level home, an area of your life and then a topic inside it, and Warp Notes snaps to folders you already have instead of inventing near duplicates. One pass turns a recording into a title, a headline, a summary and a list of what was decided or promised. Follow ups that stick "I should email Sarah on Friday" becomes a real follow up. Dated or not, so "check in with Tom" is kept as a todo rather than dropped. Everything sits in one tab across Today, Upcoming and Todos, with anything overdue pinned where you cannot scroll past it. Say 3pm and it means 3pm on your clock, wherever you are. Calendar sync Follow ups can become real events in the device calendar you choose. It works both ways, so editing in either place keeps the other up to date. Ask anywhere Tap Ask on any screen to ask a question about your own notes without losing your place. Answers cite the notes they came from, and people mentioned become tappable contacts. Calendar questions are answered on your device, so your calendar is never uploaded. People, places and email drafts Everyone you mention gets a contact card built from what you actually said. Details the AI heard wait in a tray until you confirm them, so a noisy recording can never overwrite a real phone number. "Draft an email to Priya about the invoice" becomes a pill on the note. Tap it and your mail app opens with the message written. Warp Notes holds no mail credentials and can never send on your behalf. Plans Free for fourteen days, no card required, with the Business features included so you can put your customers on a map and drive a route before you decide. After that the free tier keeps short daily notes. Pro is $8.99 a month or $59.99 a year and includes 600 minutes and 250 notes a month, unlimited answers, and calendar sync. Business is $30 per seat per month and adds shared workspaces, territories, the map and routes. Your notes stay yours Answers come only from your own notes. No ads, no analytics brokers, and nothing sold on. Reminders are scheduled on your device rather than pushed from a server.
