VIDEX SMS WIZARD PRO vs Band Quartermaster

The Videx SMS Wizard Pro app is an advanced version of the standard Videx SMS Wizard which is primarily designed for the end users of the system. The Pro version was designed specifically for engineers and installers to enable them to carryout all the programming options of the GSM intercom system. The app can be used to manage an unlimited number of sites and each site can contain an unlimited number of intercoms. All site data and programming is stored on a central server (Cloud based) so that multiple engineers can manage the same sites and have access to all the programming on their own mobile phone. As this app is designed for engineers and installers it will be necessary to sign up to use the app but this is a free service. The app can be used for all programming features of the systems and additionally can be used to view events for each intercom remotely and in real time.

BandQuartermaster helps community bands, orchestras, and wind bands manage everything a librarian or committee is responsible for — in one app, shared across your whole organisation. LIBRARY Catalogue your sheet music with composer, arranger, genre, and publisher. Track which cabinet and slot each piece lives in, log loans and returns, flag missing parts, and let your music director request pieces to be issued. Bulk-import an existing spreadsheet of your library in minutes, and attach digital scores and parts to each piece. INSTRUMENTS, UNIFORMS & OTHER ASSETS Keep a full inventory of band-owned instruments, uniforms, and other assets like keys, mouthpieces, and accessories. Track condition, log instrument inspections, and see who currently has what — with a complete history of every issue and return. MEMBERS Maintain your roster, link members to their own accounts, and control exactly what each person can see and do — from read-only access to full admin control, module by module. FEEDBACK Members can report bugs or request features directly, and a built-in survey helps you understand how your band is actually using the app. Every organisation's data is private to them — invite members with a join code or a tappable link, and manage permissions centrally as an admin. BandQuartermaster is built for volunteer-run bands who are tired of spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads, and paper sign-out sheets — and it works offline when your rehearsal space doesn't have signal.
