The app guides users through a structured three-step rehabilitation process: 1. Laterality Training: Practice identifying left and right body parts to improve body awareness while being timed for efficiency and accuracy. 2. Motor Training: Progress to imagining pain-free movements of the affected body part, starting with simple motions and advancing to more complex ones. The app provides videos of others performing movements for users who find imagining movements difficult initially. 3. Mirror Training: Utilize your device's camera as a mirror to create the illusion that your unaffected limb is actually your affected limb, engaging mirror neurons to help rewire neural pathways.
