Case Mate

CaseMate is the court diary your firm already keeps, on the phone of whoever is standing in court. An associate opens it outside the courtroom and sees the day's list: the case number, the court, the client, and what the hearing is for. When the judge has spoken, they record the outcome and the next date before they leave the building — while it is still fresh, not that evening from memory. Nothing goes on the record on their word alone. Every report waits for the firm's administrator to approve it, so the diary the partners rely on stays the firm's own record. The associate can see exactly what happened to each report: waiting, approved, or sent back. WHAT IT DOES • Today's list, and any day before or after it • Every case the associate is carrying, with its full hearing history • Report an outcome — adjourned, decided, dismissed and the rest — with the next date and a note for the office • See what the office did with each report • Hearings that came and went with nothing recorded, so none is quietly forgotten HOW ACCOUNTS WORK There is no sign-up in the app. A firm's administrator sets up each partner and associate from the desktop system, and they are emailed when their account is ready. Signing in takes an email address and a six-digit code we send — there is no password to remember, forget, or share around the office. The app takes no payment. Firms subscribe through the desktop system. WHO IT IS FOR Advocates, associates and partners in Pakistani law firms — the High Courts, the district courts, the tribunals, and the family and rent courts. A firm account is needed. casemate.pk
