Use your phone for what you came to do. Tysh brings together quieter browsing, a simpler Home Screen, and boundaries that make room for focus, connection, and rest. BROWSE WITH FEWER DISTRACTIONS Open Instagram and YouTube inside Tysh with Reels and Shorts filtered out. Choose Instagram's DM-only mode, or search for videos in YouTube with recommendations hidden and automatic next-video playback stopped. Optional controls hide comments and engagement counts, with options that vary by service. Quiet apps work inside Tysh. Filters do not change the native apps and may vary as websites change. SIMPLIFY YOUR HOME SCREEN Keep your chosen apps in a clean, text-based Essentials widget. Choose light or dark styling, rename app labels, and save matching wallpaper. Start free with one screen and up to five apps. Essentials uses large widgets. You add the widget and apply wallpaper yourself; some apps need Apple Shortcuts setup. SET BOUNDARIES YOU CAN BUILD ON Schedule app and website blocks for work, study, or time away. Set daily budgets for app opens or minutes. Want to cut back gradually? Choose a reduction plan and review your next step at weekly check-ins. MAKE TIME FOR FOCUS AND REST Start Quick Focus or alternate work and breaks with built-in Classic and Deep Work Rhythms. Wind Down protects your sleep window with app blocking and separate evening and morning checklists. STAY CONNECTED ON YOUR TERMS Open Lines gives selected communication apps daily access windows, with an option to open early when plans change. Focus sessions and Rhythms keep their own restrictions. TURN INTENTIONS INTO ACTION Choose a Challenge Block goal: steps, completed Focus minutes, mindful minutes, or a workout. Once your goal is verified, finish the block for the day in Tysh. Review Screen Time and focus progress to guide your next adjustment. FREE TO START Includes five shared minutes of Quiet apps each day, one Essentials screen with five apps, scheduled Easy, Hard, and Challenge Blocks, app budgets, Quick Focus, built-in Rhythms, Open Lines, Wind Down, and reports. No Tysh account required. TYSH PREMIUM Get unlimited Quiet-app time, five Essentials screens with up to ten apps each, unlimited App Lists, Complete Blocks, custom Rhythms, focus sounds, selected allowed apps for Focus and Wind Down, more Open Lines options, and unlimited Easy-block pauses. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Any trial offer and eligibility are shown before purchase. PRIVACY AND PERMISSIONS Blocking and activity reports require Screen Time authorization. Detailed Screen Time activity and HealthKit data stay on your device.
