Step2Fit includes both the Step2Fit mobile app used by coaches and clients, and an administration tool that makes managing clients' nutrition programs, training programs, and other features effortless. With Step2Fit, coaches save a significant amount of time managing their processes, and coached clients get a convenient app that keeps all coaching-related information always at their fingertips. When purchasing the service, the coach receives: 1. A web tool to easily manage their clients' coaching content: - Nutrition programs - Training programs - Measurements - Coaching calendar - Journal - Files - Online store 2. A mobile app that allows the coach to: - Make changes to clients' nutrition programs - View clients' measurement results - Read and respond to the journal and weekly reports - Add calendar entries - Chat with clients and groups via text messages, image messages, and voice messages The coach can grant their coached client access to the app, through which the client can: 1.
