With the chargeBIG app you can unlock chargeBIG charging points and track your charging process. - - - This is how charging with the chargeBIG app works: • Park your car at one of our chargeBIG charging points. • Unlock charging point: Scan the QR code on the plug of the charging point. Or enter the five-digit charging point ID. • Enter payment details: Enter your email address and choose a payment method. • Plug in the charging cable: Done, the charging process begins. • During the charging process, you can see the charged amount in kWh and the charging power in kW. • At the end of the charging process, we will send you a receipt by email. - - - You have questions, suggestions, complaints – or a particular request?
