Your life is on the other side of that screen. Enuff is a screen-time tool that actually blocks distracting apps — and proves how many hours it wins back for you. HOW IT WORKS • Pick your apps, set a daily limit — when it runs out, the Enuff shield drops. • 3 commitment levels: Awareness, Pause and Full Block. • Quarantine Mode: everything except your picks goes dark — total focus. • Focus sessions, breathing exercises and scheduled blocks. • Time Saved: your reclaimed hours, computed from evidence. • Track your streak with a widget and Lock Screen Live Activity. PRIVACY No accounts, no ads, no tracking. Everything stays on your device — by Apple's Screen Time design, even we can't see which apps you block. Enuff Pro renews yearly or monthly; pricing and free-trial terms are shown at purchase. Cancel anytime via the App Store.
