Prioritastic vs Simple Week

Everything on your list feels urgent. It isn't. Prioritastic sorts your tasks with the Eisenhower matrix, the method used to separate what's urgent from what actually matters. Answer two questions when you add a task — is it urgent, is it important — and it lands in the right quadrant automatically. DO, SCHEDULE, DELEGATE, ELIMINATE Every task falls into one of four places. Do it now, schedule it for later, hand it off, or drop it. No custom tags to invent, no system to maintain. SEE YOUR WEEK, NOT JUST YOUR LIST Filter by Today, This Week, This Month, or All. Your business week is yours to define — turn off Friday and Saturday and the whole app follows, from filters to due-date suggestions. DUE DATES IN TWO TAPS Today, Tomorrow, Next business day, or +1 week. Or open the calendar and pick a date. Set a task to repeat and it comes back on its own. BREAK BIG TASKS DOWN Add subtasks, mark one as "doing now", and keep long work moving instead of stalled. KNOW WHAT YOU ACTUALLY FINISH Stats show your completion rate, what's still open in each quadrant, what's overdue, and a 14-day view of what you closed. ON YOUR HOME SCREEN Widgets put today's tasks and your quadrant counts where you'll see them. Complete a task without opening the app. BUILT FOR IPHONE AND IPAD One app, both devices. Light or dark. English or العربية. QUIET BY DESIGN No account. No sign-up. No ads. Your tasks stay on your device. Stop rewriting the same list every morning. Decide once, and let the matrix hold the order.

Simple Week is a wonderful app to keep weekly notes or to-do tasks or even a weekly planner. There are no logins, or complex configuration to worry about. Just open the app, select a day of the week and type whatever you need. Use the Export button to export your texts to a chosen file.
