eyeAlert provides you with personal notifications and detailed information about your alarms in real time. With the eyeAlert app, all information about your alarms is always close at hand - on your phone or tablet. The app displays the alarms sent specifically to you, so you don't have to be disturbed by irrelevant alarms. An alarm that has been acknowledged by another user remains for your information, until you choose to remove it yourself. With a few clicks, you'll get detailed information about the alarms such as alarm activation timestamps, alarm text and suggested measures for your alarms. The alarms can be easily acknowledged directly in the app or muted, meaning notify your Cactus Eye system to stop send further notifications. Do you have multiple devices? No problem, the same user can register multiple devices. Your Cactus Eye system sends notifications and alarms to all registered devices. What time when alarms are to be distributed, what alarm priorities, which employees or groups of staff that should receive alarms are easily controlled with the duty alarm function of your Cactus Eye system. eyeAlert requires an existing Cactus Eye installation, version 2.3 or later.
