What Makes Cents guides the user to know how intensely to ask or not ask for something or how intensely to say no to something. It also provides prompts to help the user assert their wants and desires. After answering either ‘yes’ or ‘no’ to 10 questions, the resulting suggestion will range on how intensely to ask or not ask for something or how intensely to say no to something. The purpose of this app is to be a guide. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment. Seek advice from a qualified health provider if you have any questions about a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read in this app. This app is modeled after the Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Interpersonal Effectiveness module's "Dime Game", "DEAR MAN", and "GIVE FAST". DBT is a type of psychotherapy that utilizes a cognitive-behavioral approach developed by Dr. Marsha M. Linehan, Ph.D., A.B.P.P. NO personal data is saved nor accessed when using this app.

VitalFill turns nutrition into something you can see. Log what you ate. Pick any nutrient — vitamin D, iron, magnesium, leucine. A human figure fills up to show exactly how much of YOUR daily need you've covered. Not a generic label percentage. Yours. WHY IT'S DIFFERENT Most trackers count calories and stop there. VitalFill asks what actually matters: are you getting enough of what your body needs? Free, your targets are the standard FDA reference — the same numbers on a Nutrition Facts label. Upgrade and they switch to your own numbers, calculated from NIH Dietary Reference Intakes using your age, sex, height, weight and activity level, and adjusted for pregnancy or breastfeeding. Two people logging the same meal can then see different results, because their needs differ. FOUR WAYS TO LOG • Search — over two million foods from the USDA FoodData Central database • Barcode — scan any packaged product, unlimited and free • Photo — snap your plate and let AI identify it (1 free scan/day) • Voice — just say "two eggs and a slice of toast" (3 free logs/day) WHAT YOU CAN TRACK Calories, protein, carbohydrates and fats — including saturated, monounsaturated, polyunsaturated and cholesterol. Every vitamin from A to K. Every essential mineral. All nine essential amino acids. Fiber and sugars. Every one of these is free — see below. BUILT FOR PRIVACY No account. No sign-up. No email address. We never ask who you are. Your profile and food log stay on your device — we hold no copy. Voice logging transcribes speech on your phone; no audio ever leaves it, only the resulting text is sent for parsing. Photo and recipe scanning send the photo to Anthropic's Claude API for recognition only; it's never stored. There are no ads, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind. SEE THE WHOLE PICTURE • Daily status for any nutrient, as a filling figure • Coverage view showing every nutrient at once • Biggest gap — what you're most short of today • Which foods contributed what • Look back at any previous day DATA SOURCES Nutrient values come from USDA FoodData Central. Daily targets come from NIH Dietary Reference Intakes. Every nutrient links to its source. VITALFILL FREE Every nutrient, every score, unlimited barcode scanning, one AI photo scan a day, and 3 voice logs a day — all measured against the standard %DV reference. No nutrient or score is hidden behind a paywall; only personalization is. VITALFILL PRO Pro switches your score and every target from the standard reference to numbers calculated from your own age, sex, weight and activity level. It also adds: • Scan any recipe or ingredient list and get a nutrient density score for the whole dish • Save a favorite meal once, log it again in one tap • Full history and 30-day trend charts, by day or by individual meal • 14 photo scans a day and 60 voice logs a day (vs. 1 and 3 free) SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS • VitalFill Pro Annual — 1 year, with a 3-day free trial • VitalFill Pro Lifetime — one-time purchase, no subscription, ever Annual: payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Lifetime is a one-time, non-consumable purchase — no recurring charge, nothing to cancel.
