The clearest difference is review sentiment: 全本小说 at 95% against PD Meter's 25%. PD Meter's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 6) and ads (none vs shown). On price, ratings volume, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 全本小说 sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. PD Meter asks for nothing beyond the download.
PD Meter holds the better App Store score, 2.0 against 1.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 4 and 3 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 25% of PD Meter's written reviews are positive against 95% of 全本小说's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
PD Meter ships an update monthly, 全本小说 every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
