DeedSpring is the closing-coordination workspace for real-estate professionals: agents, transaction coordinators, title and escrow teams. Every closing gets a shared timeline, the documents and contacts attached to it, and an AI agent that keeps the file moving. TODAY Open the app to a single view of what needs attention across all your closings: deadlines coming up, documents outstanding, messages waiting on a reply. CLOSINGS Each closing is one record: parties, key dates (option period, financing, appraisal, walkthrough, funding), tasks, documents and the full message history. Tap a date to see what depends on it. AI AGENT Ask the agent what is left on a file, draft the next client update, or have it chase an outstanding document. Every thread is tied to the closing it is about, so the context is already there. Unread counts and push notifications tell you when it needs you. BUILT FOR THE PHONE Native tabs and thread list, push notifications, universal links (deedspring.com links open in the app), camera and photo upload for documents, and an offline screen when you lose signal. DeedSpring accounts are provisioned by your workspace owner at deedspring.com. Sign in with the same email and password you use on the web.
