Your work calendar lives somewhere you can't sync from. Outlook on a locked-down laptop. A roster taped to the break-room wall. A schedule your employer won't connect to your phone. CopyCal fixes that with a photo. Point your camera at any calendar — a screen, a printout, a whiteboard — and CopyCal reads the events and mirrors them into your iPhone calendar. Titles, start and end times, locations. RE-SHOOT AND IT UPDATES Photograph the same week again after your schedule changes. CopyCal compares what it sees against what it added last time, then shows you exactly what will change: added, updated, removed. Nothing touches your calendar until you approve it. YOU STAY IN CONTROL • Review every single change before it's applied • Tap any event to correct a title or time • Deselect anything you don't want • Undo an entire sync from your history • CopyCal only ever modifies events it created — your personal events are never touched WORKS WITH WHAT YOU ALREADY USE Outlook, Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Microsoft Teams, Samsung Calendar, Fantastical, Notion Calendar and more. Single day or a full week at a time. CHOOSE WHERE EVENTS LAND Send events to any calendar on your device. A dedicated "Work" calendar keeps your schedule tidy and easy to hide. PRIVACY Your calendar photo is processed only to extract the events and is not kept on our servers. Email addresses spotted inside events are stripped automatically. No ads, no tracking, nothing sold. FREE AND PRO Free includes one sync every 14 days. CopyCal Pro removes the limit entirely: • $4.99 per month • $39.99 per year Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
