Assess+ is the companion application to the Cotality UK PAS Hub and ecmk Assessor Hub platforms. It's designed to support professionals across the retrofit and property assessment industry by providing efficient on-site data collection for a range of assessment types. Assess+ supports the following features: PAS Hub Integration - Complete Retrofit Assessments, Technical Surveys, Installation Surveys, and RC Site Visits for submission to PAS Hub. This will generate compliance documentation for the relevant standards, such as for PAS 2030/2035 and TrustMark Licence Plus, as well as cover funding-specific requirements, such as the ECO Reporting Working Group documents. Assessor Hub Integration - Complete EPCs and Legionella Reports for submission to Assessor Hub.
