Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: MK Pro at 4.8 against Tempedia's 3.3. MK Pro also leads on review sentiment (83% vs 45%). Tempedia's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (25 vs 5). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tempedia sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and MK Pro sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
MK Pro holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tempedia has 25 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 45% of Tempedia's written reviews are positive against 83% of MK Pro's.
