Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Anesthesiologists at 100% against ABA Go's 13%. Anesthesiologists also leads on rating (5.0 vs 2.2) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). ABA Go's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 17 months) and ratings volume (60 vs 5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
