Kidney eGFR Tracker
Read full descriptionHide full description
Kidney eGFR Tracker is a personal log for people living with chronic kidney disease and for the family members who help them keep track. Enter your lab results and the app estimates your GFR using the race-free CKD-EPI 2021 equation, charts how it has moved over time, and shows where the value sits against the published KDIGO reference bands — so you can walk into your next appointment with the whole picture in one place. WHAT YOU CAN LOG • Lab results — creatinine, BUN, eGFR, ACR, potassium, phosphorus, sodium, calcium, haemoglobin and albumin • Dialysis sessions — type, centre, access, duration, pre/post weight, fluid removed and attendance, plus a recurring weekly schedule • Medications — phosphate binders, ACE inhibitors, ARBs, EPO, iron, vitamin D analogues, diuretics and statins, with a daily taken/skipped checklist • Blood pressure, weight and dry weight • Fluid intake against a daily target you set • Renal diet — search a built-in food table for potassium, phosphorus and sodium per 100 g, then log a portion and watch the day's totals • Transplant workup status WHAT YOU GET BACK • An eGFR gauge and a KDIGO stage at a glance • Trend charts for eGFR, creatinine, potassium, phosphorus, ACR, blood pressure and weight, with the stage bands drawn behind the line • Your eGFR slope in mL/min per year • Reminders for dialysis days, medications, lab visits, blood-pressure checks and fluid • A clean PDF report and a CSV file you can hand to your nephrologist PRIVATE BY DESIGN There is no account and no cloud. Everything stays on your device. Nothing is uploaded, and the only way data leaves the app is when you choose to share an export yourself. FREE AND PREMIUM Free: log everything, 90 days of lab history, 30 days of dialysis history, 5 medications, 10 custom foods, CSV export, all charts and reminders. Premium: unlimited history, unlimited medications and custom foods, the transplant tracker, and PDF export. IMPORTANT Kidney eGFR Tracker is a personal log and reminder tool. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, treat or monitor kidney disease, and does not replace professional medical advice. The CKD-EPI 2021 eGFR estimate is an informational calculation, not a diagnosis. Always follow your nephrologist's instructions. Never change medication, fluid, dialysis or diet plans based on this app. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy Policy: https://tabishapps.com/privacy-policy.html
