Application to calculate the dose of continuously (by infusion or syringe pump) administered drug. A typical usage is to calculate the dose of circulatory support in μg/kg/min. You can choose from several different volumes of infusion or syringe. It also calculates the concentration of the solution. The result can be calculated in various units (μg/kg/min, μg/kg/hr, μg/min, mg/hr, mg/kg/hr). The application facilitates verification of a calculation, based on the input data, of the medication dose dispensed by the infusion pump. The application is intended to be used solely by health professionals who are skilled to identify any faults which may possibly occur when calculation is done through the application. The app helps practical physicians to calculate some important numbers which are used in clinical practice. Infusion rate is calculated to get the exact value of different drugs infused by syringe pumps as ml/h while targeting any definite dosage in mg/kg/min, mg/kg/h, mcg/kg/min, mcg/kg/h. Oxygenation index, ventilatory ratio and oxygen saturation index help to estimate the severity of lung injury level when providing mechanical ventilation for patients with lung diseases. Glomerural filtration rate provides the data regarding renal function.
