1SecPlank is the simplest challenge in the world: every day, hold your plank 1 second longer than yesterday. The app measures your max, then increases your goal by just one second each day. That's it. HOW IT WORKS • Start the timer and hold your plank • Each successful day = +1 second tomorrow • Build a streak and never let go FEATURES • Timer with visual and audio countdown • Daily streak with streak freeze • Detailed progress and statistics • Levels to unlock • Customizable daily reminder WHY IT WORKS The secret is minimal progression. 1 second seems like nothing — and that's exactly why it works. No excuses, no burnout.
