Both are free to download. Planner for AC sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Aetheryte sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Planner for AC against 4.9 for Aetheryte. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Planner for AC has 1.8K ratings behind it against 42, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 81% of Planner for AC's written reviews are positive against 100% of Aetheryte's.
Planner for AC ships an update every 10 days, Aetheryte monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
