One Small Thing is a quiet daily app for your iPhone. Each day, you’re given one small thing to do. No goals. No streak pressure. No productivity traps. Just a gentle invitation to pause, notice, and show up — once. There’s nothing to track and nothing to optimize. You open the app, do the thing, and that’s enough. Designed to help you slow down, appreciate the moment, and take life one small day at a time. (Also works on iPad, but the overall experience is better on iPhone.)
