Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: Altsome™ at every 2 weeks against nMobile's every 3 months. Altsome™ also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and review sentiment (100% vs 92%). nMobile's advantage is ratings volume (21 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
