About

SumKeep

Turn business papers into organized, searchable records. SumKeep helps you capture receipts, invoices, bills, credit notes, contracts, and other documents. Scan with the camera or import an image or PDF. AI-assisted extraction classifies the document and prepares supported details, while you review and edit every field before saving. CAPTURE AND ORGANIZE • Classify each record as a receipt, invoice, bill, credit note, contract, or other document • Review organization or merchant, document number, date, currency, total, tax, category, payment method, and line items when available • Add workflow details such as due date, payment status, client, project, purpose, reimbursement, returns, warranty, and tags • Add records manually whenever you prefer • Search and filter saved papers by text, document type, category, currency, payment method, or date • Keep your confirmed records and optimized document images on your device in this version KNOW WHAT NEEDS ATTENTION Action Desk and month-close checks turn saved financial records into a clear next-step list. Track upcoming or overdue invoices, missing information, reimbursement work, return windows, and other follow-ups without treating contracts or non-financial papers as expenses. UNDERSTAND THE MONTH • See financial records by category and organization or merchant • Preserve every original currency and amount • Choose a reporting currency for mixed-currency views • See dated reference-rate information behind converted values • Keep credit notes and invoice status visible in reports PRIVATE STATEMENT CHECK Import a CSV, OFX, or QFX statement file you choose. SumKeep parses it on your device, removes account-like identifiers, and suggests possible matches using amount, currency, date, and organization or merchant evidence. You make every final decision. No bank login is requested. REPORT AND EXPORT Create CSV or PDF reports locally, review the result, and choose where it goes with the system share sheet. Original values stay visible alongside any reporting-currency presentation. FREE AND PRO The free plan includes five successful AI-assisted scans. Failed processing attempts and manual entries do not use that allowance. New users also receive four completed sample uses shared across selected Pro tools, including batch capture, monthly reports, and exports. After the samples are used, the purchase screen appears when you choose those tools again. Optional Monthly and Annual Pro plans provide continued access and unlimited scans subject to reasonable abuse controls. Prices, billing periods, introductory-trial eligibility, and renewal terms are shown by the App Store before purchase. Restore Purchases is available in the app. PRIVACY AND ACCURACY Saved records, editable fields, and optimized document images remain local in this version. An AI scan sends a compressed working copy through SumKeep's secure proxy to a configured AI provider for classification and extraction. Reports are generated on device and leave only when you choose a destination. AI extraction, classifications, currency conversion, and suggested matches can be incomplete or incorrect. Review every result and keep original documents where required. SumKeep is an organizational tool, not tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice.
