Aplicación que le permite a las Empresas de Transporte Terrestre hacer los Protocolos de Alistamiento (Chequeo Preoperacional Diario) exigido por el Gobierno Nacional y reglamentado en la Resolución 315 de Mintransporte, acorde con el Plan Estratégico de Seguridad Vial (PESV) que pretende implementar el concepto de Vehículo Seguro en la sociedad colombiana. Inspección Preoperacional Todas las empresas de transporte terrestre de pasajeros, las empresas de transporte de carga y las empresas de transporte mixto, realizarán el alistamiento diario de cada vehículo, dentro del período comprendido entre el último despacho del día y el primero del día siguiente, donde se verificarán como mínimo los siguientes aspectos. – Fugas del motor, tensión correas, tapas, niveles de aceite de motor, transmisión, dirección, frenos, nivel de agua, limpiabrisas, aditivos de radiador, filtros húmedos y secos. – Baterías: niveles de electrólito, ajustes de bordes y sulfatación. – Llantas: desgaste, presión de aire. – Equipo de carretera. – Botiquín. El alistamiento lo realizará la empresa con personal diferente de sus conductores pero con la participación del conductor del vehículo a ser despachado.
