Verdict
The clearest difference is price: Eclipse Map at $2.99 against Qisdom's $9.99. Eclipse Map also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). Qisdom's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 months). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
